The production route

A fast website needs a clean runway.

The process removes proposal theatre, scattered feedback and missing-content delays without cutting the checks that make a website safe to launch.

01

Build the price

Choose a base fare, add only useful extras and select optional care. Submitting the calculator requests a build; it does not charge a card or automatically accept the job.

02

Gary checks fit

The requirement is checked against the standard fares, available capacity and exclusions. You receive a recommendation, one targeted clarification, a custom route or a clear decline.

03

Scope, terms and payment

The written scope names the pages, extras, price, tax treatment, revision rounds, Ready-to-Build inputs and real production slot. A contract forms only as stated in the accepted terms.

04

Board once

You supply business facts, services, proof, photographs, permissions, access and one named decision-maker through a structured boarding form.

05

Pass Ready-to-Build

Payment, scope, facts, evidence, images, access and approval responsibility are complete. Gary sends a written confirmation. This starts the 3, 5 or 7-working-day target.

06

Receive a complete first version

Gary plans, writes, designs, builds and internally tests the full scoped website. You review a working site, not a disconnected homepage concept.

07

Return one list

Each included revision round is one consolidated list from the named decision-maker. New pages, functions or a changed brief are separately priced before work.

08

Approve, launch and own

After written approval Gary connects the domain, tests the production routes, completes the agreed handover and starts the 14-day defect-report window.

The gate

Ready-to-Build means ready.

A low-cost production model cannot reserve its fastest clock while inputs remain unresolved.

  • Scope and terms accepted
  • Payment cleared
  • Page or section list fixed
  • One named decision-maker
  • Facts and evidence checked
  • Images usable and permitted
  • Access or launch route ready
  • Production slot assigned

Client delay

The target pauses

Missing material, access or feedback pauses the timetable. After 30 days without what is needed, the project may be parked and require a new slot.

Revision

One list, one decision-maker

Conflicting messages from several channels create rework. Consolidated lists protect the fare and the due date.

Priority

Only when capacity is real

A priority fee buys genuine queue priority, never skipped QA or a fake deadline. It is offered only when the live slot board supports it.
